When asked what they thought was the most underrated trend, the answer again was Social Media. Surprised? Not really. Social Media or more accurately Social Networking (Facebook, Twitter) can be a highly valuable outlet but marketers must really put their expectations in check. The chances of having "viral" success are very slim and often happen more out of accident then actual intent. <em>"Using social media? That's an overrated no-brainer. Using it in the right way, for your specific business goals?
